When my daughter was 8, she asked me why there was a birdhouse on my business card. I told her that it represented how simple life can really be. By creating Campfires and embracing the Four Basics of Balanced Living, living well comes naturally. When you stop and think about it, what really is a birdhouse?

- a sheltered place to
rest,

- a place for belongings,

- an entrance (and exit),

- a view to the outside,

- a place to sit,

- and a comfortable place
for visitors.

For me, this birdhouse is a campfire, a center of positive energy that encourages meaningful experiences. If we take focus a bit of time and thought in the right direction, we can create the experiences of life, instead of the appearance of life.

Consulting: (By appointment)

I view myself as a lifestyle advisor to those with whom I work. We can work one-on-one, but I am also available to consult on projects involving architects, interior designers, and other specialists.

Whether your space is a reality or is in the planning phases, we can do an actual or virtual ‘walk-thru.’ I will guide you in making adjustments to your surroundings and lifestyles that result in meaningful and lasting change. Like any lasting change, creating a home takes a bit of time and effort, but with some practical tools and a focus inward, it doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. In fact, the process itself, feeds the soul.

Fee Structure

A. Initial Consultation $250

An initial consultation (which lasts about 2 hours, including travel time) focuses on lifestyle priorities and a walk-through of actual or envisioned space. In this consultation and in continued in-person and telephone sessions, you will receive specific recomendations, many of which are implemented immediately and others, in longer term.

B. Hourly Consulting

My goal is to empower you with resources and suggestions so that you can move forward on your own,. However we can also continue our work together on an hourly basis as our schedules allow.

C. Monthly Retainer

If you are working on a project that requires more frequent input I am available on an ongoing basis.
